In the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and everything in it.
Tap ⋯ on a profile, listing, message, review or show and choose Report. You can block them at the same time.

Your inventory, costs, profit, expenses and tax exports are private to you. Other people only see what you choose to list, your public profile, and messages you send them. We don't sell your data or show ads.
Without an account: your inventory stays on your phone. With an account: your email and password (handled by our login provider), your profile (name, username, bio, town, photo, 18+ answer), a backup of your inventory and expenses, and your settings. If you use local trading: your listings, messages, offers, deals, reviews, follows, blocks, reports and shows. If you turn on "Visible to local players", an approximate location so nearby players can see your binder. Your exact address is never shown. If you allow notifications: a push token for your device.
To run the app: back up and sync your inventory, show your listings to nearby players, deliver messages and notifications, keep price data up to date, and review reports to keep people safe. We don't use your data for advertising.
Supabase hosts our database, login and file storage. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service deliver notifications. Card prices and images come from public card databases (TCGdex and the Pokémon TCG API); we only send them card names and numbers, never your personal information.
Public to signed-in users: your profile, active listings, reviews about you and shows you post. Only the people in a chat: your messages, offers and deals. Only you: your inventory, what you paid, profit, expenses, tax exports, value history and settings. Holoflip admins can see reported content when reviewing a report.
You can edit your profile, turn off "Visible to local players", turn notifications on or off in Settings, block people, and delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account removes your data from our servers. Backups may take up to 30 days to cycle out.
Trading features are for people 18 and older. People under 18 can only use Holoflip to track their own collection.

Holoflip helps you track Pokémon cards and sealed products you own, estimate their value and profit, and meet local collectors to buy, sell and trade. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You can track cards without an account. Accounts are for backing up your inventory and for local trading. Listing, messaging, offers and posting shows are only for people 18 and older who have agreed to the community rules. You're responsible for keeping your login safe and for what happens on your account.
Market prices, PSA 10 values, profit figures and centering checks are estimates from public price data and your own entries. They can be late or wrong. They are not financial or tax advice, and you shouldn't rely on them as the only basis for buying, selling or reporting income.
Holoflip is not a party to deals between users. We don't hold money, ship cards or guarantee that any card is real, in the stated condition, or that a person will show up. You trade at your own risk. Meet in public places, inspect cards before paying, and follow the community rules.
You keep ownership of what you post, such as listings, photos, messages, reviews and shows. You give Holoflip permission to store and show it to other users as part of running the app. Don't post anything you don't have the right to post.
Selling counterfeit or misrepresented items, scams, harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, sharing other people's private information, selling anything other than collectibles, and using the app if you're under 18 to trade. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
You can report profiles, listings, messages, reviews and shows. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts. Reporting someone also lets you block them.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. This permanently removes your profile, backed-up inventory, listings, messages, offers, deals, reviews you wrote and shows. It can't be undone.
Holoflip is an independent app and isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures, GAME FREAK, TCGplayer or PSA. Card names and images belong to their owners and are shown to identify the cards you own.
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Holoflip isn't liable for losses from trades, prices, outages or lost data. Keep your own records of anything important.
We may update these terms. If the changes are important we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Holoflip after that means you accept the new terms.
